School Hayride/Pumpkin Patch, Class Party and Carving a Pumpkin

Halloween Week

This week we painted pumpkins, went to a costume dress up playdate and Fall Festival.

This afternoon I had to go to Kroger to get a few things and little did I know that Kroger was having a Halloween night so my 15 min trip with the boys turned into an hour long trip. The employees dressed up and gave out candy and even had activities such as decorating cookies, painting pumpkins and some games. It was fun and the kids thought it was cool that the employees dressed up too.

Today is the first day it truly feels like fall here and Halloween is only a few few days away! It is windy and cool today.

I can't tell you how excited John Lawrence is about Halloween and how excited Mac will be to get all that candy. I don't know what we will do about that, but I can guarantee it will be World War III here unless we get the candy out of the house. I am having issues with this because it is not fair to JL to get rid of the candy but Mac can't stop himself......

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday and had the best time! We really love going to Washington Farms in Athens. There are so many things for the kids to do there that we ended up staying for 3 hours!

Change is good

We have always had a guestroom, but the boys are getting older and needed a playroom. So our guests will now sleep in John Lawrence's room. We moved the Queen bed into his room just for you.

The New Playroom

The boys and I did this artwork together for the playroom.

John Lawrence wanted to take pictures of his 2 most favorite things in the room. (He took the pictures) Power Ranger Chair and the TV
