John Lawrence turned 8 on March 27th. It was on a Tuesday, which meant he had to go to school and soccer practice that day. He woke up to streamers and balloons in his room. Mason took him to Papa Jack's to get his favorite breakfast-sausage biscuit. I asked him what he wanted for dinner and he decided he did not want to go out and eat because he wanted to play with Daphne (new kitten) that we had gotten only the day before.
While he was at soccer practice Mac and I made two pizzas for dinner. It was fun to make homemade pizzas. We will definitely make them again. We finished off the night with chocolate chip cookies and milk.
John Lawrence had a good low key birthday. His hockey party was about 2 weeks before his actual day.
